General questions about the equipment and our services ^^^
What sort of equipment do you hire?
We offer sound equipment (active PA speakers systems including 2-way, 3-way and subwoofer speakers), DJ equipment (including decks - turntables, CD players, MP3 players, audio mixers) and lighting equipment (including moving heads, scanners, strobe lighting, UV lighting, lighting accessories - smoke/fog machines, bubble machines and more). When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

What forms of ID are required to hire from you?
- 1x Original Photographic ID (UK Driving licence including paper counterpart or UK passport)
- Two recent utility bills as a proof of your address

Can I buy the equipment from you?
We don't sell the equipment, however we can recommend a good supplier.

Do you offer high quality equipment?
We offer only high quality equipment. We believe that our customers deserved for the best and we use only the best, trusted brands.

Do do hire band equipment?
From band equipment group we hire only mixers, microphones and active PA system. Unfortunately we don't offer keyboards, synths, drums, amps, guitars and other sort of band equipment.

Do do hire lights?

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, we have a minimum order of £100.

When do you require payment?
Payment must be received and cleared before your event. Please click here for payment FAQ.
Delivery, setup and collection ^^^
Do you deliver? What areas do you cover?
Yes, we do. We offer a delivery service in Greater London + outer areas (inside M25). For more details please click here.

How much does delivery, set-up and collection cost?
Our standard delivery, set-up and collection cost to anywhere in London (inside M25) is £60. For more details please click here.

What hours are you available for delivery and collection?

Is it possible for me to pick-up and return the equipment to you?

Additional services and special requirements ^^^
Can you provide an engineer to work the equipment during my event?
We can provide fully qualified engineers to run any of the equipment throughout your event. This will cost you extra but sometimes it's a perfect option for the best party experience. Please call us on 0845 3888 308 or email info@tucadomusic.co.uk for more details.

Do you provide cables to connect my laptop/mp3 player/ipod?
Yes, as long as you will let us know before your event. There is no extra cost for that.

I need a DJ for my party. Do you offer DJ services?

Payment and prices ^^^
How can I pay?
For security reasons we accept payments via BACS Transfer or Credit/Debit Card. Business customers can also pay by cheques or cash.

When do you require payment?
Payment must be received and cleared before your event.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for quantity and extended hire periods. We also give discounts for charity events.

Can you match my budget?
We always try to help when the budget is tight.
Insurance ^^^
Are you insured?
We carry full public liability insurance up to £5 million and Employers Liability Insurance up to £10million. Unfortunately insurance of hired goods is down to you.

Is the equipment safe?
